Toolbar Uninstaller is a program that will remove unwanted toolbars from your browsers. Many free programs install in your browser a variety of toolbars that you really do not need, thus wasting memory and screen space on your computer. Some of these toolbars are installed without you even knowing about that. In some cases, it can be very difficult to get rid of these toolbars for good.
Toolbar Uninstaller is capable of detecting and completely uninstalling up to 176 different toolbars. The program begins with a quick scanning process of your system looking for any of the toolbars in its built-in database, and will then display the list with the ones it has found. You can tell the program which ones you want to keep or get rid of before triggering the uninstallation process. In a few seconds the unwanted toolbars will be completely gone.
Finally, you can configure the program to keep a “white list” and a “black list” of toolbars. It can be set to run in either English or Dutch. Some antivirus, like NOD32, will label Toolbar Uninstaller as a Trojan, but it is not. As always, you must proceed at your own risk.
